1. License

Upon purchasing OwnOutright Invoice, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations. The license covers the v1.x product family and does not expire while OwnOutright operates.

2. What you may do

You may use OwnOutright Invoice to create invoices, track warranties, and manage business records for your own business. You may access your vault from any device using your vault URL.

3. What you may not do

You may not share your vault URL with others for commercial use, resell your license, reverse engineer the software, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Data

Your invoice data is stored in an isolated database associated with your vault. OwnOutright does not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

OwnOutright is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
