We want you to be satisfied with OwnOutright Invoice. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll work to make it right.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used your vault (fewer than 5 invoices created). Contact us at support@ownoutright.com with your order details.
After 7 days
Because OwnOutright Invoice is a digital product with permanent vault access, refunds are not available after the 7-day window or after substantial use. If you're experiencing a technical issue, contact support first — we'll do our best to resolve it.
How to request
Email support@ownoutright.com with your name, email address used at purchase, and a brief reason. We typically respond within 1 business day.
