OwnOutright is a marketplace of practical tools for small businesses — invoicing, quotes, inventory, CRM, and more — sold the old-fashioned way: you pay once, and it's yours. No monthly fees. No account to lose. No one holding your data hostage.
Somewhere along the way, the software industry decided that every tool — even the simple ones — should be a subscription. A little every month, forever, for software you never actually own. Miss a payment and you can be locked out of your own invoices, your own customer list, your own records.
For a small business those monthly fees add up fast and never stop. Over a few years you can spend far more renting a handful of basic tools than you'd ever spend buying them outright. We think that's backwards.
OwnOutright is our answer: honest, practical business software with a one-time price and a simple promise — you own it.
For over a decade I worked in sales and account management at companies like Microsoft, Cisco, and GoDaddy. I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses paying every month for software they never actually own — and losing access to their own data the day they stop.
I built OwnOutright to do the opposite. Buy a tool once, own it outright, and keep your data forever — no subscriptions, no lock-in. It's the way business software should work, built for the businesses that need it most.
OwnOutright isn't my first venture — I'm also the founder of Cryptominium — and it's the one I'm building most carefully, shaped by what real owners tell me they need. If that's you, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
