What we collect

When you purchase OwnOutright Invoice, we collect your name and email address to process your payment (via Stripe) and deliver your vault URL. We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

Your invoice data

Invoice data you create inside your vault (customer names, invoice records, warranty information) is stored in an isolated database on our server. It is not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not accessible to other customers.

Cookies and tracking

The marketing website (ownoutright.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The vault app does not use cookies beyond what is necessary for the application to function.

Third-party services

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to information you provide during checkout. We use Google Workspace for email (support@ownoutright.com).

Data retention

Your vault and its data are retained for as long as OwnOutright operates. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
